Chicken Laksa over homemade spinach, coriander, lime and coconut pappardelle pasta noodles

Another amazing recipe from Félise du Chateau. If you don't have a pasta machine Félise recommends that you roll out your dough on a floured board to your choice of thickness for your noodles. Then slice into the desired size and length.
